ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, COPY
I’m a creative leader and writer based in Brooklyn. Over the past eight years, I’ve helped brands like American Express, Amazon, Nielsen, and Yahoo! find their voice and bring it to life across campaigns and digital experiences. Today, as an Associate Creative Director at Teladoc Health, I lead creative across copy, art direction, and UX—and build AI workflows that help our team develop ideas and bring them into the world.
CREATIVE DIRECTION / WEB / UX
I led creative direction, UX, and copy for Teladoc Health’s homepage refresh, helping people find the right care while creating clear paths for employers, health plans, and health systems. I managed the creative team, planned resourcing and timelines, and guided stakeholder reviews from concept through execution. Working with behavioral science partners, I shaped an experience that brings a broad range of services together and helps visitors take the next step.

CREATIVE DIRECTION / WEB / UX
VirtualCheckup needed to make a complex offering relevant to four distinct B2B audiences. I led the creative team across UX, visual direction, and copy, working with behavioral science partners to clarify the story and guide readers toward relevant information. I also handled resourcing, built the project timeline, and brought stakeholders through reviews to keep the work moving from concept to launch.
CREATIVE DIRECTION / WEB / UX
For Teladoc Health's Mental Health page, I kept in mind that we were helping people with a deeply personal decision—to seek support. I directed the design and UX, wrote the copy, and collaborated with cross-functional teams like behavioral science, product, and marketing on how we introduced care options and encouraged action. Managing the team meant balancing creative development with staffing, deadlines, and stakeholder feedback, while keeping the experience warm, clear, and reassuring.

PAID SOCIAL / COPY
I was the lead copywriter for American Express’s UK Business Cards paid social campaign, developing messaging for Gold, Platinum, and the broader card range. Across static ads, video scripts, and social copy, I gave each card a distinct story while keeping the campaign cohesive, translating product benefits into reasons to apply.
EMAIL / COPY
I was the lead copywriter for American Express’s Holiday Gift Card campaign, helping cardmembers see how their Membership Rewards points could go further during the gifting season. Across email and digital placements, I developed two messaging approaches for testing—using fewer points versus getting more value—and adapted the copy for consumer and business audiences.

CAMPAIGN CONCEPTS / COPY
I developed campaign concepts and copy for Gracenote, turning the technical world of content metadata into a story people could see and understand. Across advertising concepts and video scripts, I brought the data behind entertainment into the spotlight, using familiar content and playful language to show how Gracenote helps audiences discover more of what they love.
EMAIL / PAID SOCIAL / COPY
I was the lead copywriter for Yahoo! Mail’s Spring Cleaning campaign, turning everyday inbox clutter into playful reasons to try the app’s tools. Across email, digital ads, app-store assets, and social, I developed messaging that brought features like one-tap unsubscribe and bulk delete to life, keeping Yahoo’s personality consistent while adapting the story for new and existing users.

CAMPAIGN CONCEPTS / COPY
I helped develop campaign concepts and served as lead copywriter for Yahoo Mail’s Back-to-School videos, showing how the app helps make a busy shopping season easier. Across short spots focused on saving time and saving money, I turned features like package tracking and deal discovery into clear, relatable benefits, shaping the messaging and scripts around what shoppers need most.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT / VIDEO PRODUCTION / COPY
For Black History Month, Amazon asked us to spotlight three senior Black employees through a roundtable discussion. I helped develop the concept, wrote the pre-interview questions, and shaped the resulting footage into a narrative arc that guided the producers during the roundtable shoot.
